  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

  • Full Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
